A product of good quality showed up on time.

Misleading promotion... it clearly mentioned a four-person bell tent along with a protective cover... I've snapped a pic and sent it over to trading standards.

We got our 5m star bell tent during a Black Friday sale. Despite the holiday rush, it showed up right on time.

We haven't had a chance to set it up yet because of the season, but I'm confident it’ll meet our hopes and provide us with loads of fun with the kids for years to come.

This Luna model is truly NOT a 4-season tent. It gets super cold, even with several big space heaters running. We recently experienced a light snowstorm, dropping a few inches of snow over 24 hours and with winds below 20mph, and the whole tent came crashing down on us. Several poles (including the main one) bent right in half and now it's totally unusable. We've owned it for just 4 months, and we seriously regret putting our money into this company's awful tents that come with no support, warranties, or guarantees.

We're definitely gonna let everyone we know, including event and festival organizers, that these tents are a total scam.

Super speedy shipping! I placed my order one night and it showed up the very next afternoon, which was quite remarkable. The product's overall quality is solid, and the heat output is really something. We opted for the log burner with the extra water heater, and it’s super useful.

The only hiccup we encountered was where the stud is welded to the door for the glass panel; there was a bit of weld on the thread, so the nut wouldn’t fit until I cleaned it up. Not a big deal if you’ve got the right tools.

All in all, I’d definitely buy from this company again.

Awesome stove installed in my summer house. I really wish the glass area on the door was larger. But hey, it’s a fantastic price and they even put fire bricks inside!

This little heater for our shed really does the trick in this chilly weather, keeping it cozy and dry—definitely a solid purchase. Our shed measures 3x3m, and I’d totally recommend it. It's sturdy yet lightweight, making it awesome for cooking or boiling a kettle. Absolutely perfect!!

I really can't complain about the amazing support! We had a minor issue with the trolley we purchased, but Kevin took care of it right away for us. We got the 4m bell tent and are super excited to set it up! Thanks a bunch!
